1. Purchase & Billing
Ozelyt Nutrition products are sold through various official channels. Your bank statement descriptor will reflect the specific merchant of record used at checkout:
- Ozelyt.com (Shopify): Statements will typically appear as “OZELYT NUTRITION”.
- ClickBank: Our merchant, ClickBank, processes these orders. Statements will show as “CLKBANK*OZELYT”. For ClickBank support, call 1-800-390-6035 (US) or +1-208-345-4245 (Intl).
- Marketplaces: Purchases on Amazon, eBay, iHerb and others are subject to the specific billing terms of those platforms.
2. Shipping

We ship all orders via premium carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL) in partnership with the USPS. Orders placed on weekdays ship by the next working day. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays ship the following business day.
Within 24 hours of shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking link. If delivery is refused or returned to our center, the order will be refunded less original shipping costs.
3. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee for orders placed directly through Ozelyt.com or ClickBank.
Third-Party Marketplace Returns: For purchases made on Amazon, eBay, iHerb, or other authorized resellers, the return and refund process must be initiated directly through that specific platform's customer service.
Return Requirements (Direct Orders):
To qualify for a full refund, products must be returned to our center within 60 days of the original purchase:
- Authorization: You must contact support@ozelyt.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before shipping.
- Condition: Both opened and unopened bottles must be returned. Only one (1) opened bottle is eligible for return. If more than one bottle has been opened, the refund will be voided.
- Documentation: Include a note with your Order ID, full name, address, and the original packing slip.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds typically clear within 3–5 business days after inspection.
4. International Orders
International shipping fees are non-refundable. The purchaser is responsible for all costs associated with international returns, including any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred during transit.
5. Physical Returns Address
Send authorized physical product returns only to the address below. Do not send legal correspondence here.
