Shipping & Returns

Purchase

Our merchant, ClickBank, processes your order. Your purchase statement (bank or credit card) will show as “CLKBANK*Ozelyt Candida Support”. If the cardholder is different from the purchaser, please inform them about this descriptor. Upgrades and multiple purchases may appear as multiple line items on your statement.

We ship all orders with UPS and FedEx in partnership with the USPS. Orders placed on weekdays ship by the next working day. Orders placed on weekends ship the following Monday (excluding US postal holidays).

Within one day of your item shipping, you will receive an email with order details and a tracking link.

If delivery is refused or returned and the item is received back at our fulfillment center, your order will be refunded less shipping costs. An order marked as delivered that subsequently goes missing is the responsibility of the purchaser. Ensure that you have a safe, secure location to receive shipment. Check with the courier if an order is marked delivered but you have not received it.

Returns

To receive a full refund, we must receive all products back at our fulfillment center within ninety (90) days of the original order. Inside the package, include a note with the following information:

Important: Failure to meet any of the above requirements will void any refund obligations. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Your refund will be issued to the payment provider used at checkout once the return is received and inspected per the guidelines above. Depending on your provider, allow 3–5 business days for the refund to clear.

International Orders

International shipping fees are nonrefundable. Refunds for returned international orders can be issued according to the same requirements above. All shipping costs for international returns—including any customs charges or additional fees—are the responsibility of the purchaser.
